FINAL FANTASY XIV Online

Seems like AMD FSR is unavailable
I can see the option but it has been greyed out and not possible to enable. I guess it's because it will come during the actual launch on the 2nd of July.

Nope, I can use both Nvidia and AMD without any problems.
How do you enable AMD FSR? It doesn't appear to be available for me though.

Defaulted to FSR for me on an Nvidia card and changed it to DLSS.

Not sure tbh. It just is available. As Asenkah said, it was default on FSR but I changed it to DLSS.
I mean, I can see that it says AMD FSR. But it's greyed out. Only 3D resolution scaling and enable dynamic resolution are available. However, I'm unsure how exactly they work in relation to AMD FSR.
It's grey'd out because that's the only option you can use. DLSS will show up alongside it if it's compatible. FSR scaling only takes effect when you set the 3D resolution lower than 100%. Where as DLSS will use DLAA at 100%. So if you want to FSR at a setting similar to other games (ie Ultra Quality, Quality, Performance etc) would be about 75%, 67%, and 50% respectfully depending on your native input resolution. You can test this in practice and the game will become sharper when setting the 3D Resolution lower.

TLDR it's on by default for you, and the grey'd out entry is misleading.
