noob question about hunt bill mark

I just started the hunt board. I can't find any information one line of what to do with the bill mark after I complete it. I also see a 1/5 on the bill at the upper right corner. What does that mean?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way hunt bills work, from any of the billmasters, is that once it completes, it automatically gives you the reward.

You need to kill all targets associated to the bill in order for it to complete, and then, in your chatbox, presuming you have personal loot shown as dialog, you will see when it completes. Once its done, it disappears from your key inventory.

If it is still there, open it, and click the arrows until you arrive at a mark that doesnt have a stamp on it, kill it, and repeat until all marks in the bill are done, and it will simply disappear from your inventory. No need to go anywhere or turn it in.

silver ones are in fates btw. they might be harder to find sometimes

OK. Another question. I get 5 bill marks at a time. Can I do them all the same day, or one a day, and do they have to be done in order?

You can do as many as you accept.
there's daily ones, and "elite" are once a week, resetting on tuesday.

if you can accept them and add them to your inventory, do them all any order <3

I have noticed that the last two of the hunt bills require a fate to be active. Is there a way to trigger the fate? For example I need Ulhuadshi in the Sagolii Desert of Southern Thanalan. In googling the mark, I am told that he/she only spawns during the FATE, Revenge of the Worms. I have check a few times and have yet to see the fate.

Some FATEs are part of a FATE chain, otherwise just clear FATEs on the map and wait for it to spawn.
