What Happened To All Those Other Expansion Packs?

Did Square Enix just decide out of the blue,
they would delete like 4 to 8 Years of Content

Did they remove A Realm Reborn: Sunset Expansion??
There Was Another Expansion As Well, But I Forgot It's Name...
It Had Ice Being It's Background Image For It's Title, Though...

All expansions are included in the new upcoming expansion "Dawntrail". If you want to get access to all expansion packs, except the upcoming one, buy "Endwalker", it includes them all.

with MMORPGs. usually if you buy the latest expansion then all of the previous ones are included within that one.

Free trial contains A Realm Reborn, Heavensward and Stormblood
Until July 2, Endwalker contains Shadowbringers and endwalker
Dawntrail includes Shadowbringers, endwalker and Dawntrail

Nothing happened to them, they are just given to you if you have the latest DLC

I agree mate, I bought the base game for $20 and each expansion for $40, so total of $220 and new players get all that for $60. Make them pay full price!

Tell a new player they have to lay out $220 bucks to fully enjoy a 10 yr old game and they'll laugh at you.

So yeah just to put in short. Each New Expansion gives access to Previous Expansions.

Currently ARR has Heavensward and Stormblood available with the Free Trial and full purchase.

Shadowbringers is connected to Endwalker at the moment, and those two expansions will be available if you Buy Dawntrail. (if you buy just Dawntrail for now, they won't be playable until Dawntrail release)

Don't know what you mean by Sunset Expansion but the Ice Background one for sure is likely Heavensward.

I think sunset means Stormblood, cos the cover art.
