In need of assistance.

I am not sure who to reach out in regards of this issue because I have tried Square Enix support and I have gotten no luck from it. I first tried this game through the extended free trial back in 2022-2023. After playing it for 30 days I enjoyed it so much that I bought the standard version of the game followed by all available DLCS through steam. I spent nearly 100 hours in the game just doing my own little thing but life hits you from time to time and you stop doing the things you like. After nearly a year and some months I am trying to get back to the game again. Mind you, I was under the impression that getting back is simple, just like WOW, login to your blizzard account, choose your subscription, pay and you are good to go. Oh no, this game is worse. The Mog Station website is a complete ♥♥♥♥ show. They do not even have my Lv40+ character from steam listed and instead my two PlayStation characters from way back. Each time I try to login to the launcher is says password is invalid although I have reset the password 3 times and re-written it for accuracy it is still does not let me login. Through steam it shows I own the full game but The Mog Station makes it seem like I don't and wants me to pay 60 dollars when I have already purchased everything. When I try to enter the key codes it already shows I have done it which I did in the past but I just cannot seem to find a way to reactive this game or login and I have been trying for weeks. Is anyone able to help?

Sounds like you have 2 different accounts. 1 with your PS account data. 1 with your steam account data.

Also, it seems as though you are attempting to reset and then enter the information for your PS account into the steam launcher. Which will not work, since that account is not the one that owns the game on Steam.

Apologize for the late response, how do I go about that? because in the final fantasy launcher shows my Square Enix ID but in the website it shows me something else. However I can't change it because it is grayed out. My bad If in coming off a little off It's just I have been dealing with this infuriating issue for at least a month.
