no longer have a service account
So today i tried logging in using my username and kept getting wrong ID/password messages, regardless of password resets. i logged in to my account using my email address and shows not only that i do not have a service account, but that i had never even owned FFXIV. i know i am using the proper email, i still have the email notifications of my sub expiring in February. i didnt deactivate the account because i payed using crysta rather than a recurring sub. i put in a ticket with square but otherwise i am completely stumped. anyone seen something like this lately?

What does it say when you click on "Service Account Status" on the left side menu.

Also, when you login, do you see "Steam Payment" on the main account page.

when i click on service account it bounces back to the service account dashboard, which is empty. all it has is the prompt to add a new service account.

When you put in your email address, in the ID field instead of the actual ID (Username) you may have accessed a different ID you made and forgot about.
The email address is Case Sensitive, unlike the username/ID.

For example, you can have two different accounts attached to "namehere@email.com" by using uppercase for the first letter "Namehere@email.com".

The fact you managed to login with the email and not the ID suggests you have not logged in to the correct account, and the fact you have no Service Account when you do confirms this.

Go to the login page for the MogStation, don't login.
In your Steam Library click on Play for FFXIV and when the launcher starts, note the ID in the username field, put that ID in the MogStation login and attempt to use the correct password.

If you fail to get it right, below the login box click "Forgot ID or Password" then enter your email address that the ID was registered with and you will be sent a link to reset the password for that ID, this is the only way to reset the password.

If you click play and the launcher starts and asks you to input an ID or add an SE account, then you have not linked an ID before or you requested it be removed. Depending on what happens when you start the launcher depends on what options you have to regain access to your account.
