Contact support, never had any issues with item delivery except time it takes for them to give you account-wide mounts.

Umm.. yea, no, thats not how it works, you have to specify a character for the items to go to. Either youre not using the correct account, or you are sending purchases to another character you don't remember making, or you dont actually own the account.

How does it go there if it doesnt exist? How did you confirm it?

Did you not read and failed to select your correct character and instead it defaulted to a Lv1 alt that you don't remember making?

A) Items can be instant to up to a few hours to receive. Sometimes logging out and logging back in can make the item pop up faster.

B) You are asked to confirm your character several times before checkout and are even prompted to log in to the lodestone to verify you are selecting the correct character. If it got sent to the "wrong character" that's on you.

Yes, this game is a very convincing scam.
