Cant server transfer

hey everyone,

i try to transfer my char from omega to shiva, but i cant transfer my character to any other server.

i made sure i meet all conditions tho and the support only gave me a premade answer and linked the webpage with the conditions.

is there any way to look up what exact conditions my character dont meet?

It should tell you what's stopping the transfer when it fails. But most common conditions are: Leave FC. Remove all furniture from any house, fc room or apartment you own (including house storage). Have no retainers out on a venture, and i think have no items on sale on the MB.

never been in a FC, never had a house or apartment and my retainer isnt on a venture.
but the problem was not my character, but the maintence i didnt notice
