About voice actor change
Does it happen again in masse after Heavensward intro? Just curious since it was a bit jarring getting used to the voice actors from the first part only to have basically all of them gone. Just wanting to know in advance

The only major character that has gotten a 3rd VO is Yugiri. Her VO sadly died in 2015 and was given a new VO during patch 3.5 right before stormblood came out.

Heard about this and it's understandable. Completely messed up how she passed.
