Game does not start after clicking the login button

I allready looked for currupted files and all of that but the game wont start even after installing it again it only be like a black screen with a message on the top left corner windows text (not responding)

maybe soneone know how to help

Why are you trying to over complicate things? The launcher is a piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Literally just get XIVLauncher and your problems are solved. I JUST had this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem, and Squeenix support is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Tried every possible software and hardware fix. The kicker is they don't even offer support on their own launcher, OR Steam, OR the integration of both.

The fact it takes a single nerd an entire afternoon to fix the problem of 500 college-graduate IT "professionals" that it would take 55 years to solve the same problem, is absolutely astounding to me.

you have around 165 hours so that means the problem has just started now ?

try removing microsoft one drive .i have seen it keeps on uploading and downloading stuff and messes with ffxiv files .
if it doesnot solve the problem .then reset your pc . and let your computer install fresh copy of windows and then remove Microsoft one drive before installing steam and then the game .

For XL you need to toggle the Steam integration. Licenses for account are either Steam or pure Square Enix, since you have it on Steam it will work once you enable it for Steam.
