Failing that, tomestone gear is always a solid option, and in lower levels always comes pre-augmented (bringing Ironworks to 130)
As a little bonus;
At level cap levels in the expansions (60/70/80/90) gear is usually split into three 'tiers' each which usually follows a formula of;
(HQ) Crafted | Normal raid < Augmented Crafted | Tomestone | Alliance raid < Augmented Tomestone | Savage Raid < Relic Weapons | Savage Raid Weapons
This is speaking in terms of item level which is the standard indicator for gear strength.
Relic weapons take a very long time to get, so you can decide whether a lower level relic is worth getting if it's only going to be replaced at some point. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time with relic weapons outside of the absolute BiS.
The level X0 tomestone gear is comparable to the X3 gear you get from dungeons, X5 from dungeons is a slight upgrade, and X7 or higher is a bigger upgrade.
Most classes don't want skill/spell speed, or want a specific amount to hit a specific gcd. Generally speaking, gear with secondary stats like crit + determination/direct hit are better pieces for most classes than gear with skill/spell speed. So, it might be worth replacing a piece of tomestone gear that has skill/spell speed with a piece of X3 dungeon gear that doesn't have skill speed/spell speed. If you slot materia, it's crit/det/dh, probably in that order. Even for healers and tanks.
Then i remembered about Shiva and now i can know more from this post more about lvl cap gear.
Better ask here instead of reddit tbh.
I would run Dusk Vigil and Sirensong Sea for gear/weapons.
