DLC list not showing Collector's edition

Anyone else having an issue with the DLC list not properly reflecting the Pre-Purchase content or Collector's Edition? With Endwalker I have Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker Collector's Edition and the Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker Pre-Purchase Bonus Content all as separate DLC. Meanwhile for Dawntrail I only have Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail despite ordering the Collector's Edition.

To be clear this post is not about the lack of keys but specifically about the lack of a listing for the Collector's Edition in the DLC list. Since originally posting the pre purchase content has been added to the DLC list but the CE is still missing.

The code did show up July 1st. Please anyone responding at this point that this thread was originally from March 26th the first day preorders were available.

Same issue. Only showing Dawntrail in DLC, and no codes for it are showing at all. I've heard it might be a delay in distribution though.

Its showing up the same for everyone. youll see in the Key Thread below that others have the same. its likely placeholder for now. but if its an issue, do take note others as well as i will make note of it to Steam/SE.

Square has also taken note on their FFXIV Twitter account of the lack of codes atm.

same for me, got the CD key for the standard pre order bonus, but no collectors edition

same for me, I got the pre order dlc key but not the collectors edition one. And Collectors edition is not visible in dlc list.

i assume cd key for expansion will show up later prior early access? (i don't remember much but assume that was the case with endwalker)
for now i have dlcs 'just dawntrail' and preorder dlc (with preorder key in cd keys)

You'll get the key for the expansion later. You won't even be able to register it until Dawntail launches, so there's no rush in sending it out.

The pre-order key is what gives you early access, so you won't get any of the CE items during the early access period.

I already knew the answer about the key, I was specifically asking about the fact that my dlc list only reflects the base version rather than the fact that I purchased the collectors edition. I knew from pre ordering endwalker only the pre order content would have a key in advance but also that ce pre order and base version are all separate dlc listings. Since I had posted the pre purchase content dlc was added to my dlc list but the ce edition isn't listed.

Same here purchased CE Dawntrail and it only show me the standard version :D

You only get the preorder bonuses code till dawntrail launches. You cant get or add the dawntrail cd key till launch.

If it shows you purchased the CE edition in this page then you're fine, they will send your CE key at launch and the CE listing should pop-up in the game properties at the same time.

You don't get that until it comes out. Pre-order stuff now, collector's edition stuff later.

Yeah, I've got the same issue, only my starter's edition but no Dawntrail CE CD key...I'm just watching everyone else getting their mounts and garnet minions :') I hope we all get our keys soon!
Just don't want SE to forget about us somehow that's all ;-; Welp, at least we can play the game!
