Shiva is a Hindu god of destruction but here Shiva is a gender bent ice goddess.
Ifrit (Efreet) is a Hindu Djinn that controls the elements of fire but here he is a fiery demon that many sees him as the devil
Odin is the Norse mythological All-father with his steed Sleipnir the 6 legged horse but here the horse only has 4 legs and Odin is the sword Zantetsuken which is weird because that's a Japanese sword.
Many games name things from mythological beings that doesn't fully represent the actual thing. If Cu chulain upsets you enough to stop subbing then you should look up all the other games that does things similar to this. Suck it up.

while the boss in void ark of him is quite extreme in the making him into a monster, it dose have some basis in mythology.
