F3 -> F4x2 -> F1 -> F4x2 -> B3 -> T1 -> B4 (25 enochian)
F3 -> F4x3 -> F1 -> F4 (20 enochian) (new enochian is off cd this time)
switch T1 for T3Proc if possible
But this rotation has piety and spell speed requirements.
Before applying new enochian do B3 -> Enochian -> T2(T3Proc if you can) -> F3 -> Sharpcast -> F1 -> F4x2 -> F3Proc -> F4x2 -> B3 -> T1 -> B4 and etc (NO CD 30 enochian, you apply it earlier because of extra time and less casts)
I'd move Sharpcast up to just before or just after Raging Strikes.
And for this part I'd alternate Fire 1 and Fire 4, rather than two F4s and then F1. Less risk of everything collapsing when you have to move.
Early sharpcast is very good for precasting, and yes i mentioned that you shuffle F1 and F4 to dodge AoEs better. And Sharpcast after Enochian is absolute DPS loss(in opener). Raging strikes are lined up so you affect with it all your F4s and B3.
Single Target: Swiftcast > Thunder III > Ley Lines > Enochian > Fire III > Fire IV (x2) > Sharpcast > Fire I > Fire IV (x2) > Fire III proc > Blizzard III > Thunder II > Blizzard IV > Repeat with Fire III to Fire IV
I find this a simple rotation to use, if you have to move for too long, you may need to cut out a Fire IV in favor of going to umbral and refreshing Enochian. Casting sharpcast before Fire 1 may not be optimal, but ensures the buff doesn't run down before you finish casting your initial Fire IVs. Mix in Raging/Quelling for burst DPS phases.
AoE or Multiple Target (usually three or more): Leylines > Fire III > Raging Strikes > Quelling Strikes > Fire II (x3) > Flare > Convert > Swiftcast > Flare > Transpose or Ether > Blizzard III
Best used when all skills are off cooldown. Quelling the first or both Flares ensures you don't take aggro from one or multiple enemies from the tank.
Again, these are just my preferred rotations.
