Bought a mount how long does it take to get delivered?

Usually it's immediate.

Go to the mailbox, push the delivery button (upper right, I don't remember what it's called, it makes it obvious when you mouse over it), then log out of the game (all the way, not just to server). Log back in, it'll be there.

You don't HAVE to do this, it will eventually send it, but I've never had to wait doing it this way and I am super impatient.

There's been more noise than usual around these parts about 'processing' for subscriptions and hanging there; there may be something going on in a larger sense that is impacting the speed of the business transaction.

Nope, even checked my Char sheet and it said that mount and minion list got updated. Can't check them though because they're grayed out.

I don't know what this means. Char sheet? Are you talking about on the webpage? Or the in game menus?

Did you pick up the objects from the mail message and use them?

Depends, rarely is it longer than 10 minutes for me, but can take some time. Run a dungeon or two, and it’s normally there. But iirc, the official time is anywhere between instant-ish and 24 hours.

I personally pay via steam wallet, dunno if that factors into it because the credit is “immediate” but, it’s normally pretty quick.
