Of course, with the raid being so braindead that you can clear without wipes on patch day, there's no need to discuss mechanics. At worst, only three to four people were dead at any given time. Duty Finder btw. Remember Ivalice, anyone?

Anyway, thanks for the quick content, CBU3. Back to playing better games.

Heh. If anything I had the opposite problem. People wouldn't shut up about all the scenery around them and the design of the bosses. Instead preferring to stand there and gawk until I kept pulling the bosses as a Summoner and forcing the fight. <.<

At least until the final boss anyway. I'm an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but not THAT much of one. Not yet. >.>

That and my first run we did have someone trying to explain mechanics on the last boss and a bunch of us collectively told him to shut up. No one wants unsolicited advice first day.

people have been complaining for AGES that stuff is too hard for them to do. with how much ive seen absolutely inept players helplessly flailing their limbs around in shadowbringers and endwalker dungeons - not even the final ones, mind you, - im inclined to believe this notion. simply put, people dont want to activate their single braincell even in story mandatory content. raiders might as well be playing a completely separate version of the game because the majority is unwilling to read as much as their skills tooltips. take a deep breath, consider your options. you can either accept the state of things and deal with it, or take a break and do something else with your time. the grass can remain untouched, its ok. hope this helps.

The average duty que team can't even beat Ascian Prime. In fact, if I get aetherochemical laboratory on random duty, I typically just take the penalty. I already beat it so I don't care.

Any content that can be rolled in a random duty that's prone to teams ripping and wasting a bunch of time on, you're better off taking a penalty, IMO.

I'm not playing to help or teach anyone else, especially when a given community is a bunch of snowflakes who can't take any constructive criticism at all without being offended.

Phlegethon should be the baseline, any boss that's too much harder than that the randoms are going to struggle with. I'm not in favor of nerfing higher tier raids for these players, but anything that can be qued in a random duty should be content that can be beaten even with a bad team. I'd rather some raids just be removed from random duty que as opposed to nerfing them for randoms.

Yeah, just wait a year until the next savage tier. 🙃

Endwalker Alliance Raids have been the worst ones ever created and it's not even close. They are beyond braindead. Style over substance. Flashy lights feel good for their target audience, I guess.

Beating new raid day one without wipes was kinda depressing. I've finished all ARR extremes in duty finder with echo - not really knowing about party finder and waiting for them for hours like an idiot and it was still one of the most fun things I've experienced in game

And on the reverse if you did end up wiping you would be here complaining about that instead :deathgrunty:

he plays the game just to complain, like people who keeps making bad decisions just to complain about how bad their life is and receive some attention and meet people who like to complain too. Its a big problem these days

I mean, at least it isn't the boring bullet sponge bosses of Nier. Those fights weren't any more mechanically interesting than anything you'd find in the Myths of the Realm raids and at least it still doesn't take forever to get through them unlike the Nier bosses - not because the Nier bosses are harder, but just because they have so much damn HP.

Opinion discarded. Someone has never done an all healer pvp Nier raid.

Pls don't pvp :lilimsob:

Also to Tsurayu, Nier bosses have too much HP? Naah, I was spamming Nier during this last event, bc I enjoy them, but a lot of Bosses can be dealt with relatively quickly. The heavy artillery boss in Bunker can be done before the.. "harder" mechanics. The problem with that Boss i think, that it takes forever to cast an attack. When it comes to a Pod mechanic, it needs to cast twice.

The bosses health in Nier is the ideal. The only reason it takes so long is because there are so many people that don't pull their weight.

Hurts when you're a bard and at 2nd highest enmity after the tank.
