What happened to the Armor outfits for women?

I leave for a couple months, and now, as a Paladin, all I see are dress refits of what used to be heavy armor, and losing the nice looking ones at that? Why the change? I was perfectly happy mixing Armour with Casual dress, but now it is just dresses?

Did we Tanks all get sucked into the Fate: Heaven's Feel / Stay Night Dimension, where we sword wielders are now just Dress armor wielding Servants?

you're still free to use literally any of the armor you've found before, nothing changes, there's only new additions, and dawntrail seems like it's more on that summer theme than endwalker is so far, so i'd expect more like that. Mix and match with GLAMOR, that's what the system is there for.

I made a new character to play with a friend. That is why I am fussing. Additionally, trying to understand why SQEX decided to to give Sabers (Sword wielders) dresses. Did SQEX buy the Fate franchise?

That hasn't happened. I can't think of any examples of old armour being replaced with new models, especially being completely redesigned. You're misremembering.

I agree iv not seen this and i have used practically every armor type for Heavy armor like or types that is like Light armor for me female character for Pally, dark night and gladiator or warrior the old ones are the same what iv seen is more that has dresses but the armor uses the same name but the name for the new models is a little different my be an extra word in the name but so identical the name is that if your not paying attention you think they did change the models.

Well, lets see.
Going to the Chest section for female characters on the market board, and all the armors, at least the high level ones, being re-skinned to a dress type armor. Not really hard to miss.

I think the issue OP is having is not that armors are getting re-modeled (as this has practically never happend aside from patching up a few things such as when some gear had transparency issues) but that armor is different between gender, while the images for armor also always use male variants.

Well, as a femroe, I see nothing but dresses where there was before standard, high-end armor. I was even complemented by another female character saying that my mix of casual and armor was appealing. But now, even my go to was replaced with a dress. Did we go all Fate: Stay Night/Heavens Feel all of a sudden to reflect Saber armours?

what armor exactly are you using that suddenly changed design?
and are you sure you did not just glam over it

We need examples it sounds like you glamed over your own stuff because no models have been changed.

What set(s) specifically? Literally just checked the board and I see full plate armor sets for my Miqo'te Pally.
