How long does it take for Mogstation to process payments?
I did a dumb and chose the crysta option and not steam wallet for game time and I have not received an email even though paypal says payment was sent.

It should be immediate? I only use Crysta to pay for subs and it's always immediately gone into my balance to use.

I see, I shall submit a ticket then
both the bank and paypal show that payment was processed on their end so I am a bit confused is all.
Also it does not turn up in Payment history as well

have you checked your crysta balance in mogstation, last time i used it something similar happened it gave me the crysta instead of paying the sub so i just had to redo sub process and then it drew from my balance

btw where does one see the ticket status?
Also it has been just over 6hrs I have not received any email whatsoever

If that helps Online Store is under maintanance it might be tied to that, I would wait for a day

So I got a reply, apparently, it takes up to 48 hrs for them to process crystas.. Though there was no mention of receipt which is interesting.

Okay, so about half an hour ago I got an email that Crysta was added.
I think they should atleast give a receipt or email confirmation for these purchases as when they are paid for and not when they are fulfilled, to avoid unnecessary confusion.
