Copperbell Hell (Bug?)

Once I pick up the firesand to place in the powder box and try to use it the game states It is an invalid target. I have tried looking at videos and nothing helps. Please explaine what I need to do.

It's been a while since I did copperbell, but I think you have to pick up two piles of firesand, put them in the wall, then hit the plunger.

you might wanna check the bug threads in the official ffxiv forums. if it's not listed there then try to replicate the bug while taking notes and report it in the official ffxiv forums. The forms are kind of tedious to fill out but if it's a bad enough bug then it's important.

Sadly I don't think I'm personally familiar with what you're referring to because the dungeon has been changed this expansion and I'm used to the old version of the dungeon

1- make sure you have 2 piles, not 1
2- right click the place where you put the sand (not the sand in your inventory)
3- push the plunger to explode

Where do you find second pile of firesand

Where do you find second pile of firesand. I have the one found in the room which is 6 firesand.

should be nearby or on the route you took to get there.

Without knowing which part you're on, I can't say. Try the hill behind you, maybe?

somewhere around the place you have to place it in.
Some drops from the bomb type enemies if I remember right
