Some of those (namely summoner) get pretty light on cast times on higher levels, but otherwise if you want to be able to move freely its best to play any nonmagic classes.
Everything else, healers and ranged magic all have casts. Summoner has the least amount of any of those two categories.
Yes, and those jobs are considered 'slide casters'.
The only two that I know of is the AST and the RDM that can move and cast because they are instant casters, which is the only reason they can do this.
Conjurer is probably the most reliant on slide casting.
