There is no difference between Complete edition and Starter+Endwalker.
Go to the endwalker dlc page. There is a collectors edition.

If you want everything, get the Endwalker Complete Edition.
The collectors edition for endwalker isn’t worth it, and can be upgraded through mogstation anway
