launches but stays on black screen buffer

I've had this issue a few times each time it fixed itself randomly, I open the launcher login then hit play the game launches then instantly crashes pretty much, my game would go to a black screen with my mouse constantly buffering pressing any other button other the entire game closes launcher and all, this issue is very annoying when ever I want to play the game because I literally can't until this problem resolves itself when ever the hell that will happen, also just so no one asks the obvious question yes i have updated all my drivers and this issue doesn't go away.

Discord/Steam/AMD/Intel/Nvidia Overlays, logitech Ghub, DS4/5 Windows and hardware devices connected via USB like headphones, mics, storage devices can be the problem
