If you want to keep playing the trial version, you can buy the base game + endwalker expac but do not register the game code into mogstation until you are ready to go beyond the free trial.
When the time is nigh, just log in mog station, choose "register game codes" (or smth like that) and enter the code of the base FF14 you bought on steam. Voila, now your account is steam base FF14. Then enter the code of Endwalker DLC in similar fashion.
I dunno what is "not easy" about it.
Wait, just saw the "site free trial", is it the same if i'm playing trial through steam?
I decided to start the game on Steam anyway because I play on Linux, and I rather just let Steam take care of all my Windows games for me.
To keep things simple, if you are playing the steam trial version, just get the full game on steam and register your code on mogstation. If not, buy the full non steam version on SE store or any reseller and register the code on mogstation.
Fr? That's cool thanks for advice
