The only ps5 game I fought for a refund because I pre-ordered the digital. It took 2-3 weeks and I had to create a program to re-open the ticket, and put in 1 of 20 different responses when they said no but I got it lol.

I also had to deploy a chat bot to keep reconnecting to their chat daily until they resolved it also...I took Karen to a new tech level.

The game to me was new levels of generic story, FFXIII level design cringe.

FF XVI is, at best, a mid Final Fantasy. I've played every title in the franchise. It's been diluted intentionally to make it easier for more people to play. It is not a masterpiece. Lol
