Trying to play FF14 on PS4 Forgot email & pass

I can't seem to figure out my old password for the account and the email's that I have that show notifications for the game apparently don't have a SE account linked to them, so I'm stumped on what to do. I do still enjoy playing on Steam, but my laptop is old and trashy so I figured why not try playing on my PlayStation again and forgot about this problem. Anyone know how I could find out what my old email or password is let alone how I can change them if need be. All I've got is the SE ID that pops up on the log-in screen.

I guess I just have to make a new psn and play it that way. sucks

You would have to go to the account page as if your logging in and find the forgot email / password links. Click those & follow their prompts to reset them. Should be a way to them maybe in Mog Station I suppose. There You could possibly link the playstation version to the account the steam version is on maybe? I have it on both steam & playstation & use the same Id to log into both.

It's impossible, your email is the proof of who you are, if you don't know your email and password you'll just look like someone who wants to steal player's information.

If you are lucky and contact Sony by phone, if you had put some payment means or other (psn+), or if you have your account name in mind they might give you your email address.

But the quickest way if you don't mind, create a new psn and this time write down your address + password, don't forget that a final fantasy 14 account is linked to your account so if you ever lose your account you will lose your access to your ff14 account too

At home I have a notebook, and I write down all the passwords and emails, all the things you should really do.
Do it on a real notebook, not a dematerialized version on the internet, a real one with real blank sheets
