some Subscription methods is gone from mogstation

Hi, I'm looking to renewal subscription But a method I would like to use are gone
Credit Card/Crystal,
Game Time Card
are all gone from my mogstation only Steam and Paysafecard are available right now.
is this some kind of new enforcement updated for Steam users or it's just a temporary bonkers thing?

Did you try going to mogstation directly from your browser and not through the link in the launcher? The launcher's url has a bit in it which causes mogstation to switch to Steam pay mode.

Yes I did, I rarely go to mog through launcher.

Hey, Just want to update that Changing browser fix this problem I used google chrome before now I try log-in with steam built-in browser and now all the methods are back.

Could try clearing your cache on the chrome browser.

If you just want to play, buy a gametimecard for your region. If you want your money back contact support, if your impatient you can do a chargeback and get banned.

I'd wait it out for a bit, even the whole weekend. Like right now Steam seems to have problems even with posts. Some weird errors. Maybe the money traffic will go through whenever things get fixed.

And yes, as someone pointed out, don't do bank chargeback, that will get you banned, issue most likely getting solved by waiting, or by SE support, or by Valve.. i feel their yesterdays Steam update messed something up, since many things on my Steam bug currently.. like i have to click things many times, some profile things not show or load and so on. And posts not go or then go many times.

So i'd wait it out, even it sucks. Hope you get it sorted out!

i just got curious if i get trouble aswell.
i putted 15€ onto my steam and bought 30days playtime via steam.
everything worked totally fine.
and before anyone says that i lie and it doesnt works, stop saying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Yeah, i bet it's not fully broken.

But i see others have issues also. And i see more than usual like double and triple posts since people get error messages and then spam the re-send button. So some weird errors keep happening. I had myself also.

I bought DLC to a game and it gave error message when paying and the Steam payment got "stuck" and i had to logout and login back and do it again, worked the 2nd try.

oh thats normal, thats not a recent problem.
steam had always this issue that, when it goes via client to the conformation page, gets it just simply stuck.

valve is aware of this since a long time and added the option to cancel those stuck transactions on your own, you dont need to make longer a ticket about it.

thats why i do (if i buy something) everything via browser, and not viea steam client.
for the test which is lately going on, alternity posted the reason for this.

this is the reason why the issues at the moment happening, SE made a notice about it. if peoples dont read SE´s notices and ignore that they telling their customers to remove the OLD PAYMENT INFORMATIONS AND RENEW THEM!!!, is that not SE´s fault. its the customers fault for ignoring this notice.

Yeah.. personally i don't use the payment methods that are gonna be stopped being supported. But sucks for those who used those.

But yes, people should go and update their Mogstation payment methods. A lot of the mistakes i see here are often something that could have avoided if did things properly (like whole account creation and linking problems that some have) and had read all the announcements and instructions. Trust me, i agree on that. :)
