Upgraded to the full version, but im still limited

So i played the game for a while on the free trail, i liked it and when i gatherd the money, i bought the subscription (6months).
I also purchased the shaddowbringer Dlc, but i dont have access to pvp and free company
can someone help me?

Once you buy it, you get the code and register it to Mogstation as well.

If you want access the game without being limited you have to take the codes from steam and register them on mogstation. There's no two ways about it. That's just what you have to do.

You need to register the game and the expansion on mogstation.com Unfortunately they still have this dial up era process of registration that people in here love to defend for some reason.

In the mogstation you have to manually enter the CD-Key for A Realm Reborn and Endwalker, assuming you bought Endwalker.

Right click on the game in your library list and select CD-Keys to see them.

It says that the code has been registered, also the problems arent the dlc, i started the Dlc, Im lvl 58, but i cant open the free company tab and the pvp tab, basicly the limitations that you get in the free trail

The free trial goes up to level 60, so you could very well be still on the free trial.

The free trial and the full game uses 2 different launchers, are you using the full game launcher?

Nope. It will not work.

Steam version needs Steam from start to finish. Windows needs Windows from start to finish. Can't mix the two. It still has to be registered on Mogstation though.

the answer is no.
he/she would need a steam key if it is a SE steam account.
tho, the mogstation says so. she would not be able to use the keys.
he/she will find the keys on the SE store page, she would need to login there and looking into the buy history to get his/her key.

but like already said, those keys will not work since they are not for the steam version.
your steam keys will you get when you buy the basegame edition and then downloading the full launcher here on steam, same with endwalker. you can then rightlick the game in your library --> properties --> CD keys. those need to be entered in the mogstation.

What exactly did you buy because you cant just buy shadowbringer it isn't sold anymore its just endwalker which contains everything expansion wise but you would still be required to buy the basegame as expansions cant be added without owning basegame and trial doesnt count as owning it? Did you buy a story skip?

Also since your steam you have to buy basegame and expansions on steam not the company store steam and standalone codes can't be mixed

I dunno about FC's I just can't remember, but PvP is unlocked via a quest.

And maybe a stupid question, but are you in a FC?
You can't open the tab if you're not in a FC.
