FIX for players who encounter animation delays in frontline (HOPE IT HELPS!)

So, today i come with a definitive almost 100% surefire fix for front-line animation delays or lag. (unless it's simply a PC or internet problem)

Previously when i began playing, i quickly realized the first minute or two of EVERY front-line (no exceptions) would be stupidly messy. The animations for abilities wouldn't play but damage and other factors would remain (my internet is great, my pc is great and runs this game at 70+ fps at all times). This quickly became very irritating for me. I searched the web for possible simple fixes or tweaks to fix this issue, but alas, i found absolutely no helpful advice, UNTIL NOW.

Follow the steps issued by the forum moderator under this post on the FFXIV forums and... low and behold, *one* of these small fixes advised by them *actually* fully fixed my problem. It's been weeks now and I've never had this issue again. I can't explain how great it is not ever seeing that painfully stupid animation delay, and i have ran into many people suffering the same problem with no possible fix, so i hope this helps you. As an avid pvp player, this is so incredibly helpful.

I will additionally say, it's rather strange, one of these small adjustments in particular has totally fixed my problem, but ive always had a perfect ping, fps, performance, and ive even always had the local DNS set to the proper port, as well as the ISP ports remaining open. So, somehow, one of the extremely small fixes like flushing DNS, or the minor security adjustments otherwise likely were the fix for me. Hope this helps people and this information becomes more readily available to those who need it, as this is a VERY COMMON problem seemingly.

It's also strange how quickly people will assume it's a problem with your PC or internet over suggesting simple fixes like the ones listed above, ngl. with how common this is, youd think people would be wiser. I probably had to go through 10+ web pages just searching for some easy troubleshooting / adjustments like this, most of them recommend things that have nothing to do with the actual issue

I might need to try that fix, I get that same issue every time I run Euphrosyne or Aglaia, and it's infuriating. No harm in trying it, I suppose, so thank you for the heads up on the potential fix.

np, yea i run like dozens of instances a day and this totally fixed it for me, even weeks later. hopefully works for you to
