Xbox 360 controller didn't work

Hi! I have such problem. Triggers and LB/RB buttons didn't work in this game on my Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. It is very convinient to assign this buttons on Highlight Left Hotbar/Highlight Right Hotbar so I can quickly access to my special attacks and spells without using mouse. It is work great on PS4 where I start my trial, but on Steam this buttons didn't work so I wondering WHY? I have Windows 8.1 x64 with lates updates, Xbox 360 Controller for Windows wired. I successfully calibrating gamepad in Settings and assign all buttons, but in game they didn't work. Gamepad is fully working, triggers and LB/RB buttons works great in other games. It's only FF14 trouble.
I've Tried connect PS4 gamepad and triggers and L1/R1 still didn't work.
Also I have Xbox 360 Accessories utility installed in System(some driver from Microsoft). Maybe it causes the problem I don't know, but like I said, gamepad works great in all games except Final Fantasy XIV.
Please help! Wanna play so much! :)
PS. I tried my gamepad from my friend's computer and it work great! Triggers highlights hotbars, so it seems this is only my problem.

Did you map the buttons to anything in game?

If i rember correctly you have to tick an option in the settings to do this. Not sure if it was under filters or a main settings page.

Have you actually enabled the "controller" mode in the settings? it's a big button on the left side of the character configuration menu.
