ffxivrealm.com Ip banned?

I saw a post on FB about FF14 & thought I'd give it a go.
After an hour trying to get a confirmation code I'm now downloading the game.

Googled starting tips & got http://ffxivrealm.com/xz-articles/final-fantasy-xiv-ultimate-beginners-guide.24/
But all I get is "Your IP address has been banned."

I don't think I've ever been to the site & I've never gone to any sites about FF14.

Anyone else getting this?



Edit, My phone's mobile data also reports it as ip banned & I know Ive never been to that site on my cell

Are you trying to say that you're banned from that site? Or you're banned from the game?

Banned from the ffxivrelm website, the game still has another 20min downloading

sounds like an ISP issue
