And it's the kind of thing you can get in trouble for abusing, always keep that in mind.
It can be pretty difficult sometimes holding aggro in earlier dungeons (level 40 and under), especially with synced down dps and even moreso for a newer tank.
A lot of times you get these people and when you try to help them...they just flip out on you. Not always, mind you, but there's a lot of people out there who actually don't want to learn.
Very true, but it's always better to at least try giving advice first before resorting to vote kicking.
I always do, and if they spit in my face because of it, well, that's harassment and I can totally kick someone for that.
In your case, it seems to be tank so I'd say theres no way around it. I'd follow others advice, try to advice them on their classes, if they don't do it you can vote kick them with harass, its a multiplayer game, if they aren't there to cooperate or listen that will mess up the dungeon or whatever for the rest of the party, and that configures as harass if I'm not wrong.
