LOST MY PHONE AND ONE TIME PASSWORD DON'T LET ME LOGIN (SOLVED)

I created a account a few days ago, and i use google authentication to get the one-time password, so far that was good. I played a little bit and enjoy the game,BUT i lost the google authentication on my phone, and now i cant login anymore.

to remove the one-time password i need another password that i get login in my account, BUT I CANT LOGIN WITHOUT THIS ONE TIME PASSWORD. i dont know what i should do

Don't know where you are at, if it is EU, or NA, etc. but this is the main page for NA support, (if you need different thing there is the change Language on the Top Right.

Go Down, to Contact Us, follow the page, and select how you want to talk with them.

Hopefully they will help you Unlink your Inquiry , and get your to Unlock from your One Time Password.

Due note, because I think you didn't know this. There is a Emergency Removal Password, for the Situation you are in. If you ever relink your One TIme Password. It will be in the Mogstation, so make Sure you copy, print and place it somewhere Just incase this happens again.

I will tell you, from a person of knowledge.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING ON YOUR PHONE that involves banking or vital passwords.
That speaking should be self-explanatory, but if it isn't... how about something basic.

Your Phone is not secure.
Regardless if you think Norton will save you, it will not.
That is all I will say.

What phone are you using? Is my Windows Mobile secure? Because it's Windows right?
