The download keeps giving me errors?

im trying to download the game like the and when i do it gives me this

and i dont know why or how to fix it please help!

Quick way to diagnose:

1. Disable your firewall / antivirus and try again.
2. Plug your computer directly into your modem and try again.
3. Turn off Windows Defender which I see in your taskbar and try again.

One of these may be halting your connection. If one of those tests works, great, we've found the problem.

You can also make sure Windows is 100% up to date, as Windows protocols will cause interruptions if not up to date.

Finally, try downloading a VPN service (there are a lot of free ones) and seeing if you can download then.

As a note, your error translates to: "Cannot reach the login server." "Unable to reach download server." and "Download server unable to communicate with your client." Which all point to a client side disruption.

i tried disabling both of those and i am wired and still didnt work:( and i dont know which vpn to go with nor how to work one:/

its my router and none of those vpns will work cause im broke o.O do you know what those errors where or how i can figure out what they mean?

I know the error codes from helping people through this all the time. Switch your connection from your router directly into the modem to see if the router is interfering.

i dont know where the modome is all we have is the router in the house
and ill try that vpn

The modem is that thing your internet hooks into. If you only have a router, then you have a two in one modem / router, since routers can't actually give you internet on their own. You may try seeking assistance to put it in modem-only mode and try hooking in directly that way.
