How to take Screen Shot Video
I'm trying to take a screenshot video using CTRL+F12, but it doesn't do anything. Can you take videos of in game play in FFXIV?

There is no in-game option as far as I'm aware. Depending on your GPU, it comes with software. Xbox Game Bar also allows this, assuming you are on Windows.

I am playing on PC, windows, from Steam. I will try the xbox game bar! My boyfriend said to use the keycommand Windowskey+G.

If that doesn't work, it just needs to be enabled. If that is the case, you can search "Xbox Game Bar" in Windows and it should open up a settings panel to enable/disable the option. Then the shortcut will work (which you can also change if you so want).
