buy complete and cant play

hi i buy complete coletion but when i login i get this

It literally tells you to visit the mog station. You need to create an account and register the key there.

to get the key, right click the game on the steam library, enter the key on the mogstation

You may want to check if your sub isnt finished also, check the mogstation, if this is the first time you buy the game, you have 30 days free, but if you already played the basic game with the 30 days free, you need to resub.

Just to make sure.. have you an account at mogstation also known as Square Enix account?

If answer yes, login to that account. Then there inside use the Service Account status and register the product key you got (with your purchasing the game), it's a long code. You put those digits up there, save it. And done.

You can then either download the game if not done already and play when finished. You use the the same Square Enix account details to login to the game when it's ready with the launcher. Your character name you create in game can be totally different and you will do that in game and can have several characters under same account so do not worry about that.

Also, if you bought game via Steam (as you being here suggests), make sure to visit said same Square Enix account site (just write mogstation on google, it's the 1st result with the secure.square. type of address) you will once have to link it to that account so after first time just launch normally play.

It's simple after the first confusing part. You will have 30 days of subscription with your purchase added to your account. You will use your account on that site for managing your subscription, there you also can if ever needs to server transfer, name change and so on.
