Or you could just increase drop rates for Healer/Tank gear so I don't have to repeat the same dungeon (no matter how cool) over and over just in hopes I'll get more than 1 piece of gear that is needed.
Limbo and Classical gear was much easier to obtain, now the new patch made Classical, the only 580 gear you could turn into 590 so scarce that it skyrocketed from 300k a piece to 1 mil a piece on Excalibur.

The 6.1 dungeon dropped like 595 stuff? or was it 585, either way, it dropped high enough loot to get in. Aglaia dropped 590. Even if you just ran your daily duties once every 2 weeks you would have had enough tomestones to buy enough gear, that you could join in there.

If literally none of this is an option to you... idk what to tell you mate. It sounds like watching a playthrough would be more down your alley.

€ as for your "excuse" to not wanting to "sacrifice your health"... Bru. Your average max level dungeon takes like 15-20 minutes. If you want to fill your big boy tomes every week, you only have to do that once a day. Theoretically you could literally do that in your lunch break.
And to have one 585 job you by no means have to fill them up regularly.

"Just buy the new crafted set" Dude those pieces are going for 5 mil a piece not everyone has that kind of gil to sling around.

The dungeons should give you a guaranteed reward at the end so at the very least it'll take 9 runs max to get the full set but instead you're stuck with lady luck hoping your ♥♥♥♥ drops.

I have gone through the story dungeon for glamour roughly 12-ish times and I have yet to even get the full healing set to drop. It's a tedious mess not getting a guaranteed drop at the end of the dungeon unlike the normal leveling dungeons.

sounds for me like OP was in between patch 6.0, 6.1 and 6.18 (which all of them combined ran for several months) was too lazy to get his/her weekly astronomy´s to buy the 590 gear and then eventually aglaia every week to upgrade said gear =w=.

Tome set from 6.0 is 590.
Upgraded tome set from 6.0 is 600.

i work 40~50 hours a week too, i was able to do it. getting the 450cap each week full isnt hard. its done within 2 days (or rather 2 full roulette dailys), same with the new casuality tomstones ... >_>.

Or one run of Duty Roulette Expert a day. Takes 30 minutes a day, and you'll hit the weekly cap by Saturday.
