If you don't care about the current meta then it's definitely still a viable job. Just depends what you want out of the job you pick. If you want good burst, go WAR.
Currently the levelling process is easier for Warrior in comparison to Dark Knight regarding dungeon pulling due to Warrior having more defensive options than Dark Knight until 70. With Lv70, it evens out when Dark Knight learns "The Blackest Night".
For endgame Warrior is always welcome, but the promised paradise that is called "DRK buff" may put DRK on a solid position for once in this expansion.
I think i'll continue with WAR, and level up DRK from time to time, just for fun!
The Delirium buff was a net 0.5% dps gain, but a much awaited QoL change.
Defenses imo from playing all three tanks seem relatively decent at lv70, but before its kinda meh.
Whatever it is going to be, for once they seem to actually have taken a look at the DRK collective survey thread or whatever it was in the forums (or at least the info seems to get forwarded for once).
I expect 4.2 WAR level of changes almost, but half of that would be fine.
