Help me i cant move

so my w and d of my wasd are working finw, i can move to the right and forward. however some times after pressing shift + middle mouse button (my hot key to target closest to furthest) when i use a it turns on aliance chat and s turns on say and i am unable to move in the left or backwards direction.

on top of that i cant tell anyone in chat that i am stuck because a s h p y and a few other bottons just change the coms chan and dont imput the letters they represent so it ends up looking like this (gu i m tuk) when i try to say guys i am stuck

how do i stop this from happening?

I am uncertain, but it sounds like the game is seeing a modifier key being stuck on...
Thus, that modifier combined with the key for the specific chat channel swaps the chat tab.

I'm not sure how to fix it.
But, I'd check and see what your keybinds are to toggle through the specific chat channels and then see if you can figure out how or why the game thinks that modifier key is still being pressed.

Perhaps when this happens, tap the modifier key a couple times to see if the game will clear it being used...

I've had that problem when using the steam overlay before in some games, where it got shift 'stuck' on and I had to tap it a couple times to clear it.
