Class Gauges and Bars

Hi All,

I need help! All my class Gauges and Bars, like the Balance bar won't show up! They stay grayed out even after deleting and reinstalling. I go into the Hud Layout and it's Grayed out without the option to activate it.. no matter what class I go to.

That's weird since there is no option to enable/disable gauges in the HUD, they're always on. You definitely sure you're looking at the correct element?

I don't think it's a problem with your data, especially if you reinstalled without results. Just make sure you're at the right level for them to actually appear. Class gauges have two modes between standard and simple. I'm not sure they can be removed due to being needed.

Even clicking "default" on them would normally reset them to default settings if a problem came to arise. If they are grayed out then you might not be on the class or the level to use them. By example, if you're on a gatherer or crafter class then class gauge will not show.

Gotta love those non-explanations.

Pretty sure it wasn't a launcher causing it. Mind going into more detail on that so others who run into the same issue don't need to necrobump the thread and ask you?

The launcher is 3rd party software too, so that would be bannable as well. If he wanted to evade that, he would just ghost us.

They don't monitor us here on Steam and if they want me to not pay anymore because I use the XIVLauncher, I can just take my money somewhere else.

But, yes, that's what it was. For some reason even with no addons installed it was causing that to happen. I removed it completely and now everything is back to normal.

Didn't mean to leave anyone hanging, my bad!
