FC leader switching

Hello people
I have looked this up in hopes to finding an answer but so far I got nothing but old forum posts from 2014/2017

passed the lead to a friend of mine to leave and help someone start their FC, but when I went back my friend couldn't pass it back to me, it said the player was not in long enough.

I was not aware of this addition, anyone knows how long do you have to wait before it can be passed back to you?

If i recall correctly, you have to be in an FC for 30 days before you can be made the leader. it was a relatively recent change to prevent fraud, theft of housing plots, etc.

Ah, that makes sense. Sucks it's 30 days though.

Sadly doesn't work when the thieving bastard is in the FC, gets auto promoted due to inactive leader, and kicks everyone and now tries to sell the FC and house, openly, in both the FC and house descriptions.
They know who they are, but sadly naming and shaming is against the rules, so I'll just do the shame part.
If said bastard is reading this, may you roll a 1 on everything you ever want ingame.
