Quick! Someone dredge up the old topic. XD
Just means you're the opposite of bad honestly.
If I see that the Healer cannot keep up then I will dial it back and try and get a feel on what they're able to do.
Had a Healer recently that couldn't keep up and caused a wipe even after I was popping my cooldowns, stunning, and the such. So after the wipe I just pulled a lot smaller and the Healer never communicated that they could do larger. Most likely as they must have been embarrassed about the wipe but it is what it is and I held no bad blood towards them.
I do feel bad for them though as I got all the Comms after the run. That can really hurt a Healers self-esteem when they not only know that they messed up but that the whole group knows it was their fault.
Look at Delphaneux laCroix, they have thousands and thousands of hours in the game game but they are still bad. That doesn't stop them from improving their grey parses though, one day they might even green or blue parse in normal raids. It's all about keeping a positive mental attitude and improving yourself. But if you perceive your tanks are 'scared' then you need to yank them around the instance by their collar and make them become a better player than they were 5 seconds ago before you went full deranged Tsundere. Trial by fire. Blood for the blood lily.
Sorry but you are so wrong and just full of BS. How is it the healer's fault that the dungeon takes so long? It's the tank that sets the pace of the dungeon run. Maybe the tank isnt comfortable with pulling big mobs becuase they afraid they can't handle the aggro? or maybe they just prefer to have fewer targets on screen becuase they have Tank Anxiety or something? Or maybe the tank is just stoned and drunk and just isn't paying attention or just doesn't give a F. You sound like one of those morons who blames the healers cuz they stand in aoes "WHERZ TRHE HEALS" or the classic "HEALER ADJUSTZ FOR MEZ". You didn't provide any tips or feedback, just namedropped some random name and talked about parses, lol OP if your reading this just ignore this dude's comment.
Tank a dungeon - you'll wish you healed.
Heal a dungeon - you'll wish you tanked.
You'll always wish you had DPSed too.
I can count in my hand the amount of "actual" runs where all 4 players know their classes in DF since release.
