I think the chargeback timeframes for CC's is 6 months. But even if you did it you that would not exclude you from the company following up on that.

'Psychological Pain' in what regard?
Legally, such things must have certain points that a Legally Licensed Psychologist would oversee, and attest to, in court, that you were - as per a complete observation and interview that you were psychologically 'disturbed' or 'triggered' by such a thing, and even more tests would need to be made of your 'ability' to matriculate into society, and if not, you would be referred to either a person whom is a specialist is that therapy or a place where they could house you until they could 'help' you.

No, you can't get any money back. It says it on the store page iirc. If you felt like you wasted 300 hours of your life on this game, you should've gone with the free trial.
