Any preorders with ingame bonuses avaiable immideately (like xp trinkets, mounts, etc.) are not subject to refund by various consumer laws, and Steam clearly warns you on this

yeeea..no

none of us have any rights...AT ALL, at least not in the way you think we do, they made sure of that with the ToS

I haven't even read half of it and I'm pretty sure there's a clause that lets them shut down anyone's account just because they feel like it and they don't have to tell you zilch on the reasons why.

honestly 2 week delay is fine,its better to sort things out then to have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ launch.
The way the company and YoshiP and devs work and treat us the community I would not complain if it was 2 month delay.
