Can you see who started a vote kick?
Just wondering and I prob suck using google search as I found nothing, so I was just wondering if you someone did start a vote kick can you see who did it or not

Nope. The person subject to a call for a vote kick doesn't even see it pop up. (The game assumes they vote no, for obvious reasons.) That way the person getting kicked can't harass you over initiating it.

Edit for clarity: Nobody sees who initiated the vote.
