Problems with the square enix forums

I am not able to use the square enix forums. I can log in but when I try to go to the "new posts" section of the forum, I get directed back to the page I get when I log in.

How do I navigate to the discussion area? I really need some help and am hoping I can figure out how to post a question on the game's own forum.
