Endwalkers Collectrors Edition

Hi,

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I seem not to be able to unlock the collectors edition on the mog station with the given code trough steam?

Thanks for the response, I think it is a tad weird that they offer the code alongside the pre order code while they not allow you to activate it. I never had any issues with these codes before so I wonder was it always like this or do I remember this wrongly.

Another thing is, nowhere they mention that I can only activate it on release.

I purchased the Steam version of FFXIV: Endwalker but I cannot find my pre-order code. Where can I retrieve it?
Once you purchase FFXIV: Endwalker on Steam, you will be provided with an Early Access code (20 digits, starting with RF5A) that needs to be registered on the Mog Station.
To find this code, follow these steps:
- Log into the Steam Client
- Right-click on “FINAL FANTASY XIV” on the left column
- Select “Manage > CD Keys” to see all FFXIV keys that are available to you on this Steam account

You can find further information about redeeming your Steam code on the Mog Station in this article.

Please note that you will also receive the full code for the Expansion already (20 digits, starting with RE5A for the Standard Edition, or RG5A for the Collector’s Edition). However, this code cannot be entered in the Mog Station yet. Please wait for the release of FFXIV: Endwalker to register that code.

There are 2 separate options on mogstation for codes. The one you want to use for the earrings and minion is the one that says something like endwalker prepurchase code.
