About cross-platform and subscription

I'm having some trouble finding updated concrete answers out there, so I ask you:

1) I already own the standard FFXIV on steam. If I buy the complete edition on PS4 will I be able to keep using the Steam Wallet as a subscription method? Or will I be locked to some PSN shenanigans?

2) Do I need two subscriptions to play at both ps4 and pc on the same account? Or will my Steam PC subscription allow me to play on the ps4? (I know I need the licences for both platforms btw, this is about the subscription only ^^)

I may have to contact the support, specially about the first one, but any insights will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You can still pay via steam wallet, as you have the steam version on your account.

You only need one subscription, as the sub is per mogstation account, not per platform. (Though I don't think you can be logged in on PS4 and PC simultaneously.)

Game time is attached to your account, not a specific platform. I know for a fact you can but game time with your Steam wallet and then play the PS4 version of the game.
