Also if you ever change servers because you think the population is too low, make sure to change datacenters. Changing worlds won't make a difference because you're always playing with people from the same datacenter in the duty finder and party finder. You only change worlds if you wanna you wanna get in the same fc as a friend of yours or stuff like that.
that being said 5-10 minutes is nothing. I've had wait times of literally two hours with no pop for alliance raids at times. though those were extremely rare occasions.
for dps the average queue time is roughly 30min I think? a lot of people craft and gather while waiting. For tanks it's around 1-5 minutes? and healers are usually instant or a couple seconds in.
