How to sell old equiment like the class gears

Hi i decided to sell all the worthless stuff i have to get Company Seals but i cannt sell some class gears or some raids gears idk why what should i do to get rid of them pf course i wish to get something in exchange not just drop them thanks a lot for the answers

If it's literally unsellable and doesn't even list a selling price in the tooltip window, your only choice is to Discard it via the context menu entirely. A lot of old non-augmented pieces that you had to go through long processes to augment were outright removed recently, and you get the augmented versions instead, so there's nothing to really exchange for.

Do note that the initial lvl 45 + lvl 50 chest piece Job Gear can be stored in the Armoire from an inn room or your Grand Company Squadron room, basically as free glamour pieces.

You can also put them into your dresser if you like the look of them.

Class gear which can be re-purchased by a npc for gil has no other use but glamour, so feel free to throw it away if you have no use for it or give it to a retainer to raise his Ilvl.

So current Raid gear (2nd Nier Raid (Ilvl 490), Ilvl 510 (but Exarch), 520, 530) cannot be exchanged or desynthed atm.

With patch 5.5 you will be probally able to exchange the 2nd Nier Raid gear aswell but the rest only after the next Expansion Endwalker is aviable to play.
