HELP. To many options is doesnt work (that duty finder, party finder and many other). I bye this game on steam - starter edition. and i have subcrible. What is the problem then? help please

Where are you in the story? If you just bought the game you might not have unlocked those features yet. Just gotta progress through the msq a little to get that stuff.
