How to enter Free Login Campaign?

Description on site says: "Confirm you meet all eligibility requirements within the campaign period. Launch the FFXIV client and log in."
Requirements:
1 Have previously purchased and registered FINAL FANTASY XIV.
2 All registered service accounts must be set as inactive during the campaign period.
3 Registered service account must have been inactive for at least thirty days.

I purchased game years ago, my account is inactive since 2020.
I try to log in launcher and get this: "This service account does not have a valid FINAL FANTASY XIV license for this platform or your subscription has expired."
So, no free 2 weeks for me i guess, becouse reasons?

OP should've clarified that he uses another account to play the game through Steam. There's no doubt about that.
The question is, have you tried to launch FFXIV on the other account?

Yep, i tried.

Try to create the shortcut of ffxivboot.exe/ffxivboot64.exe and in the target line add -issteam, then try to launch it and login.
